WARRANTY

Nutcase Helmets warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser. During the warranty period, we will (at our sole option) repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective part or product covered by this warranty when it is returned by the original owner with proof of purchase. The repair, replacement, or refund will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges.

This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, improper repair, water damage, heat damage, neglect, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use.

Any warranties implied by law shall in no event extend beyond duration of this express warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Repair or replacement as provided herein is your exclusive remedy for any defective product. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the purchase or use of this product, whether based upon contract, tort, statute or otherwise. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Only items purchased from Nutcasehelmets.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your return or exchange.

If you purchased your helmet from one of our dealers, please return it to them! We are unable to accept returns on helmets not bought from our webstore.  

Shipping Policy:

We offer 3 different UPS services for you to choose from: Ground, 2-Day, and 3-Day. We offer FREE Shipping with orders $75+. As always, if you have questions, please hit us up!

Important note: We do not work or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, for instance, your order will not ship until Monday.
